Art sessions delivered straight to your home and much more!
Making art has so many benefits yet it is so difficult to find space for it in our everyday lives. By delivering these sessions directly in your home, I hope to reduce the effort needed to make space for some well-deserved art time.
My main sessions focus on children and young people, but watch this space as I roll out something for all ages!
[All in-person activities are based in the City of Edinburgh]

During my degree in photography I particularly researched its role in memory-making. I grew up browsing my parents’ photo albums so I find it incredibly fascinating. To this day, I treasure the pictures I have of my life and I am mindful about the renewed appreciation and nostalgia I get every time I look back at them.
To help you do the same, here is what I offer:
Album-making workshops: complete a small album from start to end to capture a holiday, a celebration, or just regular everyday life. A small instant printer, choice of albums, and all materials provided. Ideal as a family activity or for a group of friends.
Family album/scrapbook support: do you find making a family album gratifying but also at times overwhelming? I know that’s how I feel!
I will have regular sit down sessions with you and take care of all the menial tasks of album-making while you can focus on enjoying the main process!
This can be done in-person or online if it’s easier for you, and both for physical albums and for walking you through online album-making services.

Do you have some negatives lying around the house that you always wished you could have on your computer or phone as well?
I literally studied for this! I will take care of the scanning process and deliver the images in the format that suits you best.
Your film will be in safe hands with me and the pictures now forever with you!
I can scan 35mm and 120mm film, both positive and negative. If you’re not sure what kind of film you have, just get in touch with me and ask away.

About me
I’m Erica, a mixed-media artist with a first class degree in photography (through which I also studied fine art and digital media), and a huge passion for using art to facilitate a safe space for everyone who may need it!
I was the biggest crafter myself as a kid and some expectation-free art time is the way I decompress to this day. I find a lot of purpose in guiding others to do the same.
I have a taken several courses on children and young people’s development and wellbeing to make sure I offer a safe and informed space. I have an SQA certification in Process of Play and First Aid Training for children. My PVG and insurance are fully up to date and I am registered with the SSSC as well as the Scottish Artists Union. I am an experienced babysitter and work at an after-school club where crafts and child-centred creative play are integral. I can provide references on request.
I speak Italian fluently and speak Spanish conversationally, I would be more than happy to incorporate this into the sessions if appropriate.
